Empowering Girls from the Inside Out
One of the core elements of our mentorship programs is helping a girls discover HER SELF, identify her strengths and talents, refine their skills, build self-esteem and confidence. Through guided activities, workshops, and one-on-one mentorship, we help young girls develop a positive self-image, assertiveness, and resilience—skills that are essential for their overall success and well-being
Health and Wellness Connect:
In Our Health and Wellness Connect, we help girls develop a personal hygiene and self-care routine, mindfulness, and stress management techniques. Reproductive and sex education and menstrual hygiene management are robust parts of this segment. Girls are connected with female role models in health and wellness fields to inspire and motivate them.
Leadership Connect:
Specialized leadership training and empowerment workshops that help young girls and women understand what leadership is, why they should get involved in leadership, and how to get into leadership. develop the confidence and skills they need to become strong, effective leaders in their communities, schools, and future careers. This program focuses on SOFT SKILLS like communication/public speaking, critical thinking, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, decision-making, financial literacy, and time management—skills that will benefit them for life.
Career Connect:
In our Career mentorship, we help girls explore their future potential as leaders in their schools, and chosen careers. With a special focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fields, entrepreneurship, and leadership, this program connects girls with mentors who are professionals and experts in various industries.
